We’ve got some big changes coming soon and wanted to give everyone a sneak peak.

More Control Over Your Email Preferences
Only want to hear about gigs looking for Funk bands? Or only interested in gigs located in Canada?  Maybe you don’t want to be notified about live gigs at all.  Our new “Gig Notifications” area will let you pick the exact types of gigs you want to be alerted about and how often you’d like to be alerted.
To start, we’ll default your Gig Notification preferences based on your current email settings, as well as your account’s genre and location, but you can change them at any time.

Homepage Updates
We’ve given the Sonicbids homepage a little makeover. You’ll see the fresh new look in the near future. Your login will maintain its home in the upper-right hand corner and you can “Find Gigs” straight from the top navigation (and, as always, from within your “My Account” page by clicking on the orange “Find Gigs” button at the top of that page).

Hi!

I want to hear about live gigs for established Jazz and Comedy solo performers world wide, but only those which a properly paid so that you actually earn something from the gig after expenses!

Can I choose such e-mails only?

I’m not interested in competitions or other low-level stuff aimed at beginners.

This is exactly what I want. I often don’t go through the sonicbids emails because it contains SO much info that is not relevant to me or what I am interested in from the service, I simply don’t have the time. Having these options will make a big difference in the way I interact with sonicbids.

My music is folk, traditional, celtic, Irish.

I live in Europe so most mails I get are not relevant.

Sonicbids StaffWe’ll be launching this stuff very soon. We’re finishing up the last bit of testing this week and assuming there are no bad surprises should be ready to release some time next week.
