We recently announced some big changes to our homepage and email were coming.  Well as of today they have arrived.

New Homepage

The homepage at www.Sonicbids.com has been given a new look with a much bigger artist spotlight.  If you’ve got great music, nice hi-res photos, and a great EPK and are interested in being featured on our new homepage you can submit your EPK for free here.
GigNotifications
Email Settings

We’ve totally overhauled our email program to give you more control over the type of gigs you’re alerted about.  After logging into your account head to the new “Gig Notifications” section to make sure you’re set to receive alerts about the types of gigs you care about.   We set everyone up with default settings so you don’t miss anything, but they can be easily adjusted if you feel you’re getting too many or too few alerts.
As always, let us know what you think!

I think this is a wonderful inovation. As my partner and I are strictly song writers, (not singer-songwriters), we are only interestd in gigs that need songs or music, and song writing competitions. An excellent idea! However, if I was supposed to read and fill in the the gig form above this one, I can’t even see it it’s so small.

As a non-performing songwriter who made this suggestion in an email a few months ago, I appreciate your following up and working to meet your members’ needs. This will definitely save time and energy. Thanks.

Hi
that is a good idea. Thanks!

A request. Can you make it optional to show the Twitter feed? I want to turn it off. I see there is a porn message there today! And also I don’t Twitter so nothing on there is actually from me or about me as yet.I wouldn’t want people to think that those messages are connected to me either.

thanks,
Jess

I don’t even read them anymore because although I set it “like I want it” to only send me gigs in my genre, I’m getting just about everything BUT my genre. More useless mail in my inbox, no thanks!
